We consistently update our Production time on our website to keep you in the loop. Click here to view.
The production days are in addition to the shipping speed you choose. If you are looking to receive your piece in a specific timeframe contact us for help selecting shipping service.
Please note that delivery speeds via USPS have been slow.
We can't guarantee the transit times once we hand over to the carrier it is in their hands and can be unpredictable sometimes.

We ship via:
- First Class Mail = Snail Mail ~ this is our most economical option but it is slow and takes some time for delivery. Please if you need your package for a specific day choose priority mail or UPS.
- Priority Mail ~ Usually 2-3 days but not always
- UPS Ground, 2 Day, Overnight
- UPS International

If you are an international shopper please be aware that shipping speeds are slow already and the surge in packages moving will slow services down even further. We can not give a specific delivery date for orders placed in November & December.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED PACKAGES
We have been experiencing a lot of packages being marked as delivered prior to being delivered these days. We package our shipments in brown compostable padded mailers or small brown boxes. The return business is marked as "HOM".
We ask you to wait a day or two to see if it shakes out, check with your neighbors or doorman to see if they received it for you. If this fails contact your local post office. If this fails contact us and we will try to help.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
We will pause making exchanges and repairs for the month of December due to the surge of orders we receive from holiday shoppers.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Be sure to pack your return securely, include your order info, and save tracking info just in case. We're not responsible for anything lost or damaged in the mail. If you received your purchase in a box, please do not return it in an envelope as it may be crushed or ripped from the packaging during shipping.
If you are returning a product fully, and you received free shipping when ordered, you will be charged a restock fee of the cost of shipping we incurred.

GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we package our orders in minimalistic plastic free, biodegradable or recycled packaging.
If you would like your order gift wrapped you will need to purchase the gift wrap option for each item you would like wrapped.

How do you know what ring size to order?
There is a lot of inconsistency and precious little standardization in the jewelry industry.
Much like clothing and shoes, sizes can vary depending on what tools a manufacturer uses for measurements.
We use a Durston PrecisionFit™ Steel Tapered Ring Mandrel purchased from the professional jewelry supply company, Rio Grande.
If your unsure of your ring size, we recommend purchasing one of our sizers prior to ordering bands. If the fit of your order isn't perfect, we offer exchanges on non custom pieces for the cost of shipping.

WHAT IS GOLD FILLED AND WILL OUR JEWELRY TARNISH?
Gold-filled is made by heat and pressure-bonding a thin layer of karat gold to a brass (or other base metal) core. Gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film and unlike plated material, the gold layer will not wear or chip off.
Our pieces are not plated and the metal will not chip or wear off. They retain their shine and color extremely well.
Sterling silver, gold filled, rose gold filled and brass metal can tarnish and be cleaned easily with a polishing cloth. Please read the reviews on this item to see how other buyers have enjoyed our pieces! :)
The secret to avoiding tarnish is to wear our pieces. Wear them to work, in the shower, while working out, washing hands... When you put your jewelry in your box and let it sit is when tarnish starts to develop.
All of our pieces are forged from natural metals and the chains and cording have been selected and tested to be worn and stand up to the test of an active lifestyle. I wear my pieces everyday all day. I never take them off. I go from the studio to running, biking, yoga, swimming to shower. This line was designed to be comfortable to wear everyday and to last.
If you want to shine up your piece - you can find metal polish in most grocery stores - our favorite is Maas Metal Polish but there are several others. Apply a little and buff with cloth and luster will return. We also do sell polishing cloths.
