All of our pieces are forged from natural metals and the chains and cording have been selected and tested to be worn and stand up to the test of an active lifestyle. I wear my pieces everyday all day. I never take them off. I go from the studio to running, biking, yoga, swimming to shower. This line was designed to be comfortable to wear everyday and to last.
We initially give the charms a protective coating but it will wear off.
All you need to do is use a brass or silver polish and the natural luster will return. I like Maas Metal Polish.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We can gift wrap and include a personal note with a gift receipt upon request.
We do wholesale our line to stores. Contact us to learn more.
First Class Mail = Snail Mail ~ this is our most economical option but it is slow and takes some time for delivery. If you are looking to receive your piece in a specific timeframe we recommend Priority Mail.
Priority Mail ~ we recommend this if you want your piece in a timely manner.
Express ~ we check to see what is the speediest method (USPS, Fedex or UPS) when shipping.
Please be advised recipient is responsible for all customs fees/VAT Taxes.
USPS First Class International - This is a very slow delivery service. Packages aren’t always scanned along the way.
USPS Priority Mail International - an expedited international delivery service.

Can I get an engraving on the flip side of my charm?
We can stamp symbols on the flip side but are limited by the size of the charm for text. Contact us with any text requests to make sure they can be done.
To add a flip side stamping to your order go to our extras section and add the extra engraving charge to your shopping cart. Note what you would like on the flip side in the comments section of your order when checking out.
The symbol I want is not in the drop down menu can I get it?
Etsy only allows a certain number of options on the backend so I can't put all the symbols on the list.
Choose "custom" and then note what you would like in the notes section of your order.

If you don't see a symbol that you are looking for - contact us - we may be able to source a stamp to meet your needs.
We want to make sure you can wear your pieces.
Add length to chain necklaces/Bracelets by using the "add length to your chain necklace or bracelet" listing in our "extras" section of the site.
These can be made in any size for no additional charge - just note what size you want when checking out.
If it is one of our stock rings we can switch out the ring for a new size.
If you ordered a custom ring and need to adjust the size we can do that for a small resizing fee.
for resizing - customer will be responsible for shipping costs back and forth.
